Dr. Abad is a highly qualified family medicine physician with a medical degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of the Dominican Republic, earned in 1994. He completed his residency and internship at Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Based in Florida, Dr. Abad is affiliated with multiple hospitals, including Mercy Hospital, University of Miami Hospital, Sister Emmanuel Hospital, Coral Gables Hospital, and Plantation General Hospital. He is bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English, which enables him to serve a diverse patient population effectively.
